VMAXEC is committed to process all refunds within 24 hours of recharge failure, however please note that bank may take up to 5-7 working days to credit the amount into user’s account.
Who can get the refund?
VMAXEC process refund only if payment was successful and user was not able to get the recharge.
Please note that in case like user selects wrong operator or the number entered was not correct, we are not responsible for any such type of failure and we do not take any responsibility for such refunds.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are usually processed to original source of payment. If refund fails on your original source account, it can be processed to an alternate account upon request.
Cancellation Policy
A successful order can’t be cancelled in any case whereas any order which shows pending will be automatically fulfilled or cancelled within T+1 business days.
If any order is cancelled or failed, you will receive the refund on your original source account.
